Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Window

Because all ThinkRock t-shirts are custom printed, we begin production shortly after your order is placed. You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet started.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@thinkrock.shop or through our contact form. Include your order number in your message.

After the Cancellation Window

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. Custom printed items that have entered production are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are made specifically to your specifications.

Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Modifications

If you need to modify your order (size, design, or customization), contact us within the 2-hour cancellation window. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins. Modifications after production has started are not possible.
