How does the custom t-shirt process work?
It's simple! Choose your favorite band, pick a design from our catalog, customize the back text with your own message, select your size, and place your order. Each t-shirt is printed on demand just for you.
What sizes are available?
We offer sizes S, M, L, XL, and XXL. All our t-shirts are unisex fit. Check the size guide on the product page for detailed measurements.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Since every t-shirt is custom printed, please allow 1-2 business days for production. After that, shipping within the US takes 2-5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage, or 1-3 business days with USPS Priority Mail.
Can I modify my design after ordering?
You can request changes within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us through the form below. After that, production begins and we cannot guarantee modifications.
What if my t-shirt has a printing defect?
If you receive a t-shirt with a printing defect, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail.

Since every ThinkRock t-shirt is custom printed on demand, please allow 1-2 business days for production. We ship within the US via USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) and USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days). We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
Returns
Because our t-shirts are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your t-shirt arrives with a printing defect or damage, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
