1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ThinkRock website at thinkrock.shop (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. ThinkRock is operated by Moy Dev LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Site.

2. Products and Services

ThinkRock offers custom-printed rock band t-shirts. Each t-shirt is made to order based on your selected band, design, and customization options. Because our products are custom-made, they are considered personalized items.

3. Ordering and Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
• By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
• Once an order is placed, production begins within 2 hours. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are custom printed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS. Estimated delivery times after production:

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because all t-shirts are custom printed to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or design preference. For complete details, please see our Refund & Return Policy and Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Moy Dev LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Band names, logos, and artwork are used under license or with authorization from the respective rights holders.

7. User Accounts

You may create an account to track orders and manage your preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moy Dev LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
