Custom-Made Products
All ThinkRock t-shirts are custom printed to order based on your selected band, design, and personalization options. Because each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Design preference
Please double-check your size and design selections before placing your order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your t-shirt arrives with a printing defect, damage, or is significantly different from what you ordered, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
- Send your request to support@thinkrock.shop or use our contact form.
Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours. If approved, we will ship a replacement at no charge.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where we are unable to provide a suitable replacement for a defective item. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will work with USPS to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please contact us directly before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
